1  Now Joshua³⁰⁹¹ was old²²⁰⁴ and stricken⁹³⁵ in years;³¹¹⁷ and the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ said⁵⁵⁹ unto⁴¹³ him, Thou⁸⁵⁹ art old²²⁰⁴ and stricken⁹³⁵ in years,³¹¹⁷ and there remaineth⁷⁶⁰⁴ yet very³⁹⁶⁶ much⁷²³⁵ land⁷⁷⁶ to be possessed.³⁴²³

2  This²⁰⁶³ is the land⁷⁷⁶ that yet remaineth:⁷⁶⁰⁴ all³⁶⁰⁵ the borders¹⁵⁵² of the Philistines,⁶⁴³⁰ and all³⁶⁰⁵ Geshuri,¹⁶⁵¹

3  From⁴⁴⁸⁰ Sihor,⁷⁸⁸³ which⁸³⁴ is before^{5921 6440} Egypt,⁴⁷¹⁴ even unto⁵⁷⁰⁴ the borders¹³⁶⁶ of Ekron⁶¹³⁸ northward,⁶⁸²⁸ which is counted²⁸⁰³ to the Canaanite:³⁶⁶⁹ five²⁵⁶⁸ lords⁵⁶³³ of the Philistines;⁶⁴³⁰ the Gazathites,⁵⁸⁴¹ and the Ashdothites,⁷⁹⁶ the Eshkalonites,⁸³² the Gittites,¹⁶⁶³ and the Ekronites;⁶¹³⁹ also the Avites:⁵⁷⁵⁷

4  From the south,^{4480 8486} all³⁶⁰⁵ the land⁷⁷⁶ of the Canaanites,³⁶⁶⁹ and Mearah⁴⁶³² that⁸³⁴ is beside the Sidonians,⁶⁷²² unto⁵⁷⁰⁴ Aphek,⁶⁶³ to⁵⁷⁰⁴ the borders¹³⁶⁶ of the Amorites:⁵⁶⁷

5  And the land⁷⁷⁶ of the Giblites,¹³⁸² and all³⁶⁰⁵ Lebanon,³⁸⁴⁴ toward the sunrising,^{4217 8121} from Baal-gad^{4480 1171} under⁸⁴⁷⁸ mount²⁰²² Hermon²⁷⁶⁸ unto⁵⁷⁰⁴ the entering⁹³⁵ into Hamath.²⁵⁷⁴

6  All³⁶⁰⁵ the inhabitants³⁴²⁷ of the hill country²⁰²² from⁴⁴⁸⁰ Lebanon³⁸⁴⁴ unto⁵⁷⁰⁴ Misrephoth-maim,⁴⁹⁵⁶ and all³⁶⁰⁵ the Sidonians,⁶⁷²² them will I⁵⁹⁵ drive out³⁴²³ from before^{4480 6440} the children¹¹²¹ of Israel:³⁴⁷⁸ only⁷⁵³⁵ divide thou it by lot⁵³⁰⁷ unto the Israelites³⁴⁷⁸ for an inheritance,⁵¹⁵⁹ as⁸³⁴ I have commanded⁶⁶⁸⁰ thee.

7  Now⁶²⁵⁸ therefore divide^{2505 853} this²⁰⁶³ land⁷⁷⁶ for an inheritance⁵¹⁵⁹ unto the nine⁸⁶⁷² tribes,⁷⁶²⁶ and the half²⁶⁷⁷ tribe⁷⁶²⁶ of Manasseh,⁴⁵¹⁹

8  With⁵⁹⁷³ whom the Reubenites⁷²⁰⁶ and the Gadites¹⁴²⁵ have received³⁹⁴⁷ their inheritance,⁵¹⁵⁹ which⁸³⁴ Moses⁴⁸⁷² gave⁵⁴¹⁴ them, beyond⁵⁶⁷⁶ Jordan³³⁸³ eastward,⁴²¹⁷ even as⁸³⁴ Moses⁴⁸⁷² the servant⁵⁶⁵⁰ of the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ gave⁵⁴¹⁴ them;

9  From Aroer,^{4480 6177} that⁸³⁴ is upon⁵⁹²¹ the bank⁸¹⁹³ of the river⁵¹⁵⁸ Arnon,⁷⁶⁹ and the city⁵⁸⁹² that⁸³⁴ is in the midst⁸⁴³² of the river,⁵¹⁵⁸ and all³⁶⁰⁵ the plain⁴³³⁴ of Medeba⁴³¹¹ unto⁵⁷⁰⁴ Dibon;¹⁷⁶⁹

10  And all³⁶⁰⁵ the cities⁵⁸⁹² of Sihon⁵⁵¹¹ king⁴⁴²⁸ of the Amorites,⁵⁶⁷ which⁸³⁴ reigned⁴⁴²⁷ in Heshbon,²⁸⁰⁹ unto⁵⁷⁰⁴ the border¹³⁶⁶ of the children¹¹²¹ of Ammon;⁵⁹⁸³

11  And Gilead,¹⁵⁶⁸ and the border¹³⁶⁶ of the Geshurites¹⁶⁵¹ and Maachathites,⁴⁶⁰² and all³⁶⁰⁵ mount²⁰²² Hermon,²⁷⁶⁸ and all³⁶⁰⁵ Bashan¹³¹⁶ unto⁵⁷⁰⁴ Salcah;⁵⁵⁴⁸

12  All³⁶⁰⁵ the kingdom⁴⁴⁶⁸ of Og⁵⁷⁴⁷ in Bashan,¹³¹⁶ which⁸³⁴ reigned⁴⁴²⁷ in Ashtaroth⁶²⁵² and in Edrei,¹⁵⁴ who¹⁹³¹ remained⁷⁶⁰⁴ of the remnant^{4480 3499} of the giants:⁷⁴⁹⁷ for these did Moses⁴⁸⁷² smite,⁵²²¹ and cast them out.³⁴²³

13  Nevertheless the children¹¹²¹ of Israel³⁴⁷⁸ expelled³⁴²³ not^{3808 853} the Geshurites,¹⁶⁵¹ nor the Maachathites:⁴⁶⁰² but the Geshurites¹⁶⁵⁰ and the Maachathites⁴⁶⁰¹ dwell³⁴²⁷ among⁷¹³⁰ the Israelites³⁴⁷⁸ until⁵⁷⁰⁴ this²⁰⁸⁸ day.³¹¹⁷

14  Only⁷⁵³⁵ unto the tribe⁷⁶²⁶ of Levi³⁸⁷⁸ he gave⁵⁴¹⁴ none³⁸⁰⁸ inheritance;⁵¹⁵⁹ the sacrifices of the LORD God of Israel made by fire^{801 3068 430 3478} are their inheritance,⁵¹⁵⁹ as⁸³⁴ he said¹⁶⁹⁶ unto them.

15  And Moses⁴⁸⁷² gave⁵⁴¹⁴ unto the tribe⁴²⁹⁴ of the children¹¹²¹ of Reuben⁷²⁰⁵ inheritance according to their families.⁴⁹⁴⁰

16  And their coast¹³⁶⁶ was¹⁹⁶¹ from Aroer,^{4480 6177} that⁸³⁴ is on⁵⁹²¹ the bank⁸¹⁹³ of the river⁵¹⁵⁸ Arnon,⁷⁶⁹ and the city⁵⁸⁹² that⁸³⁴ is in the midst⁸⁴³² of the river,⁵¹⁵⁸ and all³⁶⁰⁵ the plain⁴³³⁴ by⁵⁹²¹ Medeba;⁴³¹¹

17  Heshbon,²⁸⁰⁹ and all³⁶⁰⁵ her cities⁵⁸⁹² that⁸³⁴ are in the plain;⁴³³⁴ Dibon,¹⁷⁶⁹ and Bamoth-baal,¹¹²⁰ and Beth-baal-meon,¹⁰¹⁰

18  And Jahazah,³⁰⁹⁶ and Kedemoth,⁶⁹³² and Mephaath,⁴¹⁵⁸

19  And Kirjathaim,⁷¹⁵⁶ and Sibmah,⁷⁶⁴³ and Zareth-shahar⁶⁸⁹⁰ in the mount²⁰²² of the valley,⁶⁰¹⁰

20  And Beth-peor,¹⁰⁴⁷ and Ashdoth-pisgah,⁷⁹⁸ and Beth-jeshimoth,¹⁰²⁰

21  And all³⁶⁰⁵ the cities⁵⁸⁹² of the plain,⁴³³⁴ and all³⁶⁰⁵ the kingdom⁴⁴⁶⁸ of Sihon⁵⁵¹¹ king⁴⁴²⁸ of the Amorites,⁵⁶⁷ which⁸³⁴ reigned⁴⁴²⁷ in Heshbon,²⁸⁰⁹ whom⁸³⁴ Moses⁴⁸⁷² smote⁵²²¹ with⁸⁵⁴ the princes⁵³⁸⁷ of Midian,^{4080 853} Evi,¹⁸⁹ and Rekem,⁷⁵⁵² and Zur,⁶⁶⁹⁸ and Hur,²³⁵⁴ and Reba,⁷²⁵⁴ which were dukes⁵²⁵⁷ of Sihon,⁵⁵¹¹ dwelling³⁴²⁷ in the country.⁷⁷⁶

22  Balaam¹¹⁰⁹ also the son¹¹²¹ of Beor,¹¹⁶⁰ the soothsayer,⁷⁰⁸⁰ did the children¹¹²¹ of Israel³⁴⁷⁸ slay²⁰²⁶ with the sword²⁷¹⁹ among⁴¹³ them that were slain²⁴⁹¹ by them.

23  And the border¹³⁶⁶ of the children¹¹²¹ of Reuben⁷²⁰⁵ was¹⁹⁶¹ Jordan,³³⁸³ and the border¹³⁶⁶ thereof. This²⁰⁶³ was the inheritance⁵¹⁵⁹ of the children¹¹²¹ of Reuben⁷²⁰⁵ after their families,⁴⁹⁴⁰ the cities⁵⁸⁹² and the villages²⁶⁹¹ thereof.

24  And Moses⁴⁸⁷² gave⁵⁴¹⁴ inheritance unto the tribe⁴²⁹⁴ of Gad,¹⁴¹⁰ even unto the children¹¹²¹ of Gad¹⁴¹⁰ according to their families.⁴⁹⁴⁰

25  And their coast¹³⁶⁶ was¹⁹⁶¹ Jazer,³²⁷⁰ and all³⁶⁰⁵ the cities⁵⁸⁹² of Gilead,¹⁵⁶⁸ and half²⁶⁷⁷ the land⁷⁷⁶ of the children¹¹²¹ of Ammon,⁵⁹⁸³ unto⁵⁷⁰⁴ Aroer⁶¹⁷⁷ that⁸³⁴ is before^{5921 6440} Rabbah;⁷²³⁷

26  And from Heshbon^{4480 2809} unto⁵⁷⁰⁴ Ramath-mizpeh,⁷⁴³⁴ and Betonim;⁹⁹³ and from Mahanaim^{4480 4266} unto⁵⁷⁰⁴ the border¹³⁶⁶ of Debir;¹⁶⁸⁸

27  And in the valley,⁶⁰¹⁰ Beth-aram,¹⁰²⁷ and Beth-nimrah,¹⁰³⁹ and Succoth,⁵⁵²³ and Zaphon,⁶⁸²⁹ the rest³⁴⁹⁹ of the kingdom^{4480 4468} of Sihon⁵⁵¹¹ king⁴⁴²⁸ of Heshbon,²⁸⁰⁹ Jordan³³⁸³ and his border,¹³⁶⁶ even unto⁵⁷⁰⁴ the edge⁷⁰⁹⁷ of the sea³²²⁰ of Chinnereth³⁶⁷² on the other side⁵⁶⁷⁶ Jordan³³⁸³ eastward.⁴²¹⁷

28  This²⁰⁶³ is the inheritance⁵¹⁵⁹ of the children¹¹²¹ of Gad¹⁴¹⁰ after their families,⁴⁹⁴⁰ the cities,⁵⁸⁹² and their villages.²⁶⁹¹

29  And Moses⁴⁸⁷² gave⁵⁴¹⁴ inheritance unto the half²⁶⁷⁷ tribe⁷⁶²⁶ of Manasseh:⁴⁵¹⁹ and this was¹⁹⁶¹ the possession of the half²⁶⁷⁷ tribe⁴²⁹⁴ of the children¹¹²¹ of Manasseh⁴⁵¹⁹ by their families.⁴⁹⁴⁰

30  And their coast¹³⁶⁶ was¹⁹⁶¹ from Mahanaim,^{4480 4266} all³⁶⁰⁵ Bashan,¹³¹⁶ all³⁶⁰⁵ the kingdom⁴⁴⁶⁸ of Og⁵⁷⁴⁷ king⁴⁴²⁸ of Bashan,¹³¹⁶ and all³⁶⁰⁵ the towns²³³³ of Jair,²⁹⁷¹ which⁸³⁴ are in Bashan,¹³¹⁶ threescore⁸³⁴⁶ cities:⁵⁸⁹²

31  And half²⁶⁷⁷ Gilead,¹⁵⁶⁸ and Ashtaroth,⁶²⁵² and Edrei,¹⁵⁴ cities⁵⁸⁹² of the kingdom⁴⁴⁶⁸ of Og⁵⁷⁴⁷ in Bashan,¹³¹⁶ were pertaining unto the children¹¹²¹ of Machir⁴³⁵³ the son¹¹²¹ of Manasseh,⁴⁵¹⁹ even to the one half²⁶⁷⁷ of the children¹¹²¹ of Machir⁴³⁵³ by their families.⁴⁹⁴⁰

32  These⁴²⁸ are the countries which⁸³⁴ Moses⁴⁸⁷² did distribute for inheritance⁵¹⁵⁷ in the plains⁶¹⁶⁰ of Moab,⁴¹²⁴ on the other side^{4480 5676} Jordan,³³⁸³ by Jericho,³⁴⁰⁵ eastward.⁴²¹⁷

33  But unto the tribe⁷⁶²⁶ of Levi³⁸⁷⁸ Moses⁴⁸⁷² gave⁵⁴¹⁴ not³⁸⁰⁸ any inheritance:⁵¹⁵⁹ the LORD³⁰⁶⁸ God⁴³⁰ of Israel³⁴⁷⁸ was their inheritance,⁵¹⁵⁹ as⁸³⁴ he said¹⁶⁹⁶ unto them.

2 καὶ αὕτη ἡ γῆ ἡ καταλελειμμένη ὅρια Φυλιστιιμ ὁ Γεσιρι καὶ ὁ Χαναναῖος

3 ἀπὸ τῆς ἀοικήτου τῆς κατὰ πρόσωπον Αἰγύπτου ἕως τῶν ὁρίων Ακκαρων ἐξ εὐωνύμων τῶν Χαναναίων προσλογίζεται ταῖς πέντε σατραπείαις τῶν Φυλιστιιμ τῷ Γαζαίῳ καὶ τῷ Ἀζωτίῳ καὶ τῷ Ἀσκαλωνίτῃ καὶ τῷ Γεθθαίῳ καὶ τῷ Ακκαρωνίτῃ καὶ τῷ Ευαίῳ

4 ἐκ Θαιμαν καὶ πάσῃ γῇ Χανααν ἐναντίον Γάζης καὶ οἱ Σιδώνιοι ἕως Αφεκ ἕως τῶν ὁρίων τῶν Αμορραίων

5 καὶ πᾶσαν τὴν γῆν Γαβλι Φυλιστιιμ καὶ πάντα τὸν Λίβανον ἀπὸ ἀνατολῶν ἡλίου ἀπὸ Γαλγαλ ὑπὸ τὸ ὄρος τὸ Αερμων ἕως τῆς εἰσόδου Εμαθ

6 πᾶς ὁ κατοικῶν τὴν ὀρεινὴν ἀπὸ τοῦ Λιβάνου ἕως τῆς Μασερεφωθμαιμ πάντας τοὺς Σιδωνίους ἐγὼ αὐτοὺς ἐξολεθρεύσω ἀπὸ προσώπου Ισραηλ ἀλλὰ διάδος αὐτὴν ἐν κλήρῳ τῷ Ισραηλ ὃν τρόπον σοι ἐνετειλάμην

7 καὶ νῦν μέρισον τὴν γῆν ταύτην ἐν κληρονομίᾳ ταῖς ἐννέα φυλαῖς καὶ τῷ ἡμίσει φυλῆς Μανασση ἀπὸ τοῦ Ιορδάνου ἕως τῆς θαλάσσης τῆς μεγάλης κατὰ δυσμὰς ἡλίου δώσεις αὐτήν ἡ θάλασσα ἡ μεγάλη ὁριεῖ

8 ταῖς δὲ δύο φυλαῖς καὶ τῷ ἡμίσει φυλῆς Μανασση τῷ Ρουβην καὶ τῷ Γαδ ἔδωκεν Μωυσῆς ἐν τῷ πέραν τοῦ Ιορδάνου κατ᾽ ἀνατολὰς ἡλίου δέδωκεν αὐτὴν Μωυσῆς ὁ παῖς κυρίου

9 ἀπὸ Αροηρ ἥ ἐστιν ἐπὶ τοῦ χείλους χειμάρρου Αρνων καὶ τὴν πόλιν τὴν ἐν μέσῳ τῆς φάραγγος καὶ πᾶσαν τὴν Μισωρ ἀπὸ Μαιδαβα ἕως Δαιβαν

10 πάσας τὰς πόλεις Σηων βασιλέως Αμορραίων ὃς ἐβασίλευσεν ἐν Εσεβων ἕως τῶν ὁρίων υἱῶν Αμμων

11 καὶ τὴν Γαλααδίτιδα καὶ τὰ ὅρια Γεσιρι καὶ τοῦ Μαχατι πᾶν ὄρος Αερμων καὶ πᾶσαν τὴν Βασανῖτιν ἕως Σελχα

12 πᾶσαν τὴν βασιλείαν Ωγ ἐν τῇ Βασανίτιδι ὃς ἐβασίλευσεν ἐν Ασταρωθ καὶ ἐν Εδραϊν οὗτος κατελείφθη ἀπὸ τῶν γιγάντων καὶ ἐπάταξεν αὐτὸν Μωυσῆς καὶ ἐξωλέθρευσεν

13 καὶ οὐκ ἐξωλέθρευσαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ τὸν Γεσιρι καὶ τὸν Μαχατι καὶ τὸν Χαναναῖον καὶ κατῴκει βασιλεὺς Γεσιρι καὶ ὁ Μαχατι ἐν τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ ἕως τῆς σήμερον ἡμέρας

14 πλὴν τῆς φυλῆς Λευι οὐκ ἐδόθη κληρονομία κύριος ὁ θεὸς Ισραηλ οὗτος αὐτῶν κληρονομία καθὰ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς κύριος καὶ οὗτος ὁ καταμερισμός ὃν κατεμέρισεν Μωυσῆς τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ ἐν Αραβωθ Μωαβ ἐν τῷ πέραν τοῦ Ιορδάνου κατὰ Ιεριχω

15 καὶ ἔδωκεν Μωυσῆς τῇ φυλῇ Ρουβην κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν

16 καὶ ἐγενήθη αὐτῶν τὰ ὅρια ἀπὸ Αροηρ ἥ ἐστιν κατὰ πρόσωπον φάραγγος Αρνων καὶ ἡ πόλις ἡ ἐν τῇ φάραγγι Αρνων καὶ πᾶσαν τὴν Μισωρ

17 ἕως Εσεβων καὶ πάσας τὰς πόλεις τὰς οὔσας ἐν τῇ Μισωρ καὶ Δαιβων καὶ Βαμωθβααλ καὶ οἴκου Βεελμων

18 καὶ Ιασσα καὶ Κεδημωθ καὶ Μεφααθ

19 καὶ Καριαθαιμ καὶ Σεβαμα καὶ Σεραδα καὶ Σιωρ ἐν τῷ ὄρει Εμακ

20 καὶ Βαιθφογωρ καὶ Ασηδωθ Φασγα καὶ Βαιθασιμωθ

21 καὶ πάσας τὰς πόλεις τοῦ Μισωρ καὶ πᾶσαν τὴν βασιλείαν τοῦ Σηων βασιλέως τῶν Αμορραίων ὃν ἐπάταξεν Μωυσῆς αὐτὸν καὶ τοὺς ἡγουμένους Μαδιαμ καὶ τὸν Ευι καὶ τὸν Ροκομ καὶ τὸν Σουρ καὶ τὸν Ουρ καὶ τὸν Ροβε ἄρχοντας παρὰ Σηων καὶ τοὺς κατοικοῦντας τὴν γῆν

22 καὶ τὸν Βαλααμ τὸν τοῦ Βεωρ τὸν μάντιν ἀπέκτειναν ἐν τῇ ῥοπῇ

23 ἐγένετο δὲ τὰ ὅρια Ρουβην Ιορδάνης ὅριον αὕτη ἡ κληρονομία υἱῶν Ρουβην κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν αἱ πόλεις αὐτῶν καὶ αἱ ἐπαύλεις αὐτῶν

24 ἔδωκεν δὲ Μωυσῆς τοῖς υἱοῖς Γαδ κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν

25 καὶ ἐγένετο τὰ ὅρια αὐτῶν Ιαζηρ πᾶσαι αἱ πόλεις Γαλααδ καὶ τὸ ἥμισυ γῆς υἱῶν Αμμων ἕως Αροηρ ἥ ἐστιν κατὰ πρόσωπον Ραββα

26 καὶ ἀπὸ Εσεβων ἕως Ραμωθ κατὰ τὴν Μασσηφα καὶ Βοτανιν καὶ Μααναιν ἕως τῶν ὁρίων Δαβιρ

27 καὶ ἐν Εμεκ Βαιθαραμ καὶ Βαιθαναβρα καὶ Σοκχωθα καὶ Σαφαν καὶ τὴν λοιπὴν βασιλείαν Σηων βασιλέως Εσεβων καὶ ὁ Ιορδάνης ὁριεῖ ἕως μέρους τῆς θαλάσσης Χενερεθ πέραν τοῦ Ιορδάνου ἀπ᾽ ἀνατολῶν

28 αὕτη ἡ κληρονομία υἱῶν Γαδ κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν αἱ πόλεις αὐτῶν καὶ αἱ ἐπαύλεις αὐτῶν

29 καὶ ἔδωκεν Μωυσῆς τῷ ἡμίσει φυλῆς Μανασση κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν

30 καὶ ἐγένετο τὰ ὅρια αὐτῶν ἀπὸ Μααναιμ καὶ πᾶσα βασιλεία Βασανι καὶ πᾶσα βασιλεία Ωγ βασιλέως Βασαν καὶ πάσας τὰς κώμας Ιαϊρ αἵ εἰσιν ἐν τῇ Βασανίτιδι ἑξήκοντα πόλεις

31 καὶ τὸ ἥμισυ τῆς Γαλααδ καὶ ἐν Ασταρωθ καὶ ἐν Εδραϊν πόλεις βασιλείας Ωγ ἐν Βασανίτιδι καὶ ἐδόθησαν τοῖς υἱοῖς Μαχιρ υἱοῦ Μανασση καὶ τοῖς ἡμίσεσιν υἱοῖς Μαχιρ υἱοῦ Μανασση κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν

32 οὗτοι οὓς κατεκληρονόμησεν Μωυσῆς πέραν τοῦ Ιορδάνου ἐν Αραβωθ Μωαβ ἐν τῷ πέραν τοῦ Ιορδάνου κατὰ Ιεριχω ἀπὸ ἀνατολῶν

‎2 ‏זֹ֥את הָאָ֖רֶץ הַנִּשְׁאָ֑רֶת כָּל־גְּלִיל֥וֹת הַפְּלִשְׁתִּ֖ים וְכָל־הַגְּשׁוּרִֽי׃

‎3 ‏מִֽן־הַשִּׁיח֞וֹר אֲשֶׁ֣ר׀ עַל־פְּנֵ֣י מִצְרַ֗יִם וְעַ֨ד גְּב֤וּל עֶקְרוֹן֙ צָפ֔וֹנָה לַֽכְּנַעֲנִ֖י תֵּחָשֵׁ֑ב חֲמֵ֣שֶׁת׀ סַרְנֵ֣י פְלִשְׁתִּ֗ים הָעַזָּתִ֤י וְהָאַשְׁדּוֹדִי֙ הָאֶשְׁקְלוֹנִ֣י הַגִּתִּ֔י וְהָעֶקְרוֹנִ֖י וְהָעַוִּֽים׃

‎4 ‏מִתֵּימָ֞ן כָּל־אֶ֣רֶץ הַֽכְּנַעֲנִ֗י וּמְעָרָ֛ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר לַצִּידֹנִ֖ים עַד־אֲפֵ֑קָה עַ֖ד גְּב֥וּל הָאֱמֹרִֽי׃

‎5 ‏וְהָאָ֣רֶץ הַגִּבְלִ֗י וְכָל־הַלְּבָנוֹן֙ מִזְרַ֣ח הַשֶּׁ֔מֶשׁ מִבַּ֣עַל גָּ֔ד תַּ֖חַת הַר־חֶרְמ֑וֹן עַ֖ד לְב֥וֹא חֲמָֽת׃

‎6 ‏כָּל־יֹשְׁבֵ֣י הָ֠הָר מִֽן־הַלְּבָנ֞וֹן עַד־מִשְׂרְפֹ֥ת מַ֙יִם֙ כָּל־צִ֣ידֹנִ֔ים אָֽנֹכִי֙ אוֹרִישֵׁ֔ם מִפְּנֵ֖י בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל רַ֠ק הַפִּלֶ֤הָ לְיִשְׂרָאֵל֙ בְּֽנַחֲלָ֔ה כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר צִוִּיתִֽיךָ׃

‎7 ‏וְעַתָּ֗ה חַלֵּ֞ק אֶת־הָאָ֧רֶץ הַזֹּ֛את בְּנַחֲלָ֖ה לְתִשְׁעַ֣ת הַשְּׁבָטִ֑ים וַחֲצִ֖י הַשֵּׁ֥בֶט הַֽמְנַשֶּֽׁה׃

‎8 ‏עִמּ֗וֹ הָרֽאוּבֵנִי֙ וְהַגָּדִ֔י לָקְח֖וּ נַחֲלָתָ֑ם אֲשֶׁר֩ נָתַ֨ן לָהֶ֜ם מֹשֶׁ֗ה בְּעֵ֤בֶר הַיַּרְדֵּן֙ מִזְרָ֔חָה כַּאֲשֶׁר֙ נָתַ֣ן לָהֶ֔ם מֹשֶׁ֖ה עֶ֥בֶד יְהוָֽה׃

‎9 ‏מֵעֲרוֹעֵ֡ר אֲשֶׁר֩ עַל־שְׂפַת־נַ֨חַל אַרְנ֜וֹן וְהָעִ֨יר אֲשֶׁ֧ר בְּתוֹךְ־הַנַּ֛חַל וְכָל־הַמִּישֹׁ֥ר מֵידְבָ֖א עַד־דִּיבֽוֹן׃

‎10 ‏וְכֹ֗ל עָרֵי֙ סִיחוֹן֙ מֶ֣לֶךְ הָאֱמֹרִ֔י אֲשֶׁ֥ר מָלַ֖ךְ בְּחֶשְׁבּ֑וֹן עַד־גְּב֖וּל בְּנֵ֥י עַמּֽוֹן׃

‎11 ‏וְהַגִּלְעָ֞ד וּגְב֧וּל הַגְּשׁוּרִ֣י וְהַמַּעֲכָתִ֗י וְכֹ֨ל הַ֥ר חֶרְמ֛וֹן וְכָל־הַבָּשָׁ֖ן עַד־סַלְכָֽה׃

‎12 ‏כָּל־מַמְלְכ֥וּת עוֹג֙ בַּבָּשָׁ֔ן אֲשֶׁר־מָלַ֥ךְ בְּעַשְׁתָּר֖וֹת וּבְאֶדְרֶ֑עִי ה֤וּא נִשְׁאַר֙ מִיֶּ֣תֶר הָרְפָאִ֔ים וַיַּכֵּ֥ם מֹשֶׁ֖ה וַיֹּרִשֵֽׁם׃

‎13 ‏וְלֹ֤א הוֹרִ֙ישׁוּ֙ בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל אֶת־הַגְּשׁוּרִ֖י וְאֶת־הַמַּעֲכָתִ֑י וַיֵּ֨שֶׁב גְּשׁ֤וּר וּמַֽעֲכָת֙ בְּקֶ֣רֶב יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל עַ֖ד הַיּ֥וֹם הַזֶּֽה׃

‎14 ‏רַ֚ק לְשֵׁ֣בֶט הַלֵּוִ֔י לֹ֥א נָתַ֖ן נַחֲלָ֑ה אִשֵּׁ֨י יְהוָ֜ה אֱלֹהֵ֤י יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ ה֣וּא נַחֲלָת֔וֹ כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר דִּבֶּר־לֽוֹ׃ ס

‎15 ‏וַיִּתֵּ֣ן מֹשֶׁ֔ה לְמַטֵּ֥ה בְנֵֽי־רְאוּבֵ֖ן לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָֽם׃

‎16 ‏וַיְהִ֨י לָהֶ֜ם הַגְּב֗וּל מֵעֲרוֹעֵ֡ר אֲשֶׁר֩ עַל־שְׂפַת־נַ֨חַל אַרְנ֜וֹן וְהָעִ֨יר אֲשֶׁ֧ר בְּתוֹךְ־הַנַּ֛חַל וְכָל־הַמִּישֹׁ֖ר עַל־מֵידְבָֽא׃

‎17 ‏חֶשְׁבּ֥וֹן וְכָל־עָרֶ֖יהָ אֲשֶׁ֣ר בַּמִּישֹׁ֑ר דִּיבוֹן֙ וּבָמ֣וֹת בַּ֔עַל וּבֵ֖ית בַּ֥עַל מְעֽוֹן׃

‎18 ‏וְיַ֥הְצָה וּקְדֵמֹ֖ת וּמֵפָֽעַת׃

‎19 ‏וְקִרְיָתַ֣יִם וְשִׂבְמָ֔ה³ וְצֶ֥רֶת הַשַּׁ֖חַר בְּהַ֥ר הָעֵֽמֶק׃

‎20 ‏וּבֵ֥ית פְּע֛וֹר וְאַשְׁדּ֥וֹת הַפִּסְגָּ֖ה וּבֵ֥ית הַיְשִׁמֽוֹת׃

‎21 ‏וְכֹל֙ עָרֵ֣י הַמִּישֹׁ֔ר וְכָֽל־מַמְלְכ֗וּת סִיחוֹן֙ מֶ֣לֶךְ הָאֱמֹרִ֔י אֲשֶׁ֥ר מָלַ֖ךְ בְּחֶשְׁבּ֑וֹן אֲשֶׁר֩ הִכָּ֨ה מֹשֶׁ֜ה אֹת֣וֹ׀ וְאֶת־נְשִׂיאֵ֣י מִדְיָ֗ן אֶת־אֱוִ֤י וְאֶת־רֶ֙קֶם֙ וְאֶת־צ֤וּר וְאֶת־חוּר֙ וְאֶת־רֶ֔בַע נְסִיכֵ֣י סִיח֔וֹן יֹשְׁבֵ֖י הָאָֽרֶץ׃

‎22 ‏וְאֶת־בִּלְעָ֥ם בֶּן־בְּע֖וֹר הַקּוֹסֵ֑ם הָרְג֧וּ בְנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל בַּחֶ֖רֶב אֶל־חַלְלֵיהֶֽם׃

‎23 ‏וַיְהִ֗י גְּבוּל֙ בְּנֵ֣י רְאוּבֵ֔ן הַיַּרְדֵּ֖ן וּגְב֑וּל זֹ֣את נַחֲלַ֤ת בְּנֵֽי־רְאוּבֵן֙ לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָ֔ם הֶעָרִ֖ים וְחַצְרֵיהֶֽן׃ פ

‎24 ‏וַיִּתֵּ֤ן מֹשֶׁה֙ לְמַטֵּה־גָ֔ד לִבְנֵי־גָ֖ד לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָֽם׃

‎25 ‏וַיְהִ֤י לָהֶם֙ הַגְּב֔וּל יַעְזֵר֙ וְכָל־עָרֵ֣י הַגִּלְעָ֔ד וַחֲצִ֕י אֶ֖רֶץ בְּנֵ֣י עַמּ֑וֹן עַד־עֲרוֹעֵ֕ר אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל־פְּנֵ֥י רַבָּֽה׃

‎26 ‏וּמֵחֶשְׁבּ֛וֹן עַד־רָמַ֥ת הַמִּצְפֶּ֖ה וּבְטֹנִ֑ים וּמִֽמַּחֲנַ֖יִם עַד־גְּב֥וּל לִדְבִֽר׃

‎27 ‏וּבָעֵ֡מֶק בֵּ֣ית הָרָם֩ וּבֵ֨ית נִמְרָ֜ה וְסֻכּ֣וֹת וְצָפ֗וֹן יֶ֚תֶר מַמְלְכ֗וּת סִיחוֹן֙ מֶ֣לֶךְ חֶשְׁבּ֔וֹן הַיַּרְדֵּ֖ן וּגְבֻ֑ל עַד־קְצֵה֙ יָם־כִּנֶּ֔רֶת עֵ֥בֶר הַיַּרְדֵּ֖ן מִזְרָֽחָה׃

‎28 ‏זֹ֛את נַחֲלַ֥ת בְּנֵי־גָ֖ד לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָ֑ם הֶעָרִ֖ים וְחַצְרֵיהֶֽם׃

‎29 ‏וַיִּתֵּ֣ן מֹשֶׁ֔ה לַחֲצִ֖י שֵׁ֣בֶט מְנַשֶּׁ֑ה וַיְהִ֗י לַחֲצִ֛י מַטֵּ֥ה בְנֵֽי־מְנַשֶּׁ֖ה לְמִשְׁפְּחוֹתָֽם׃

‎30 ‏וַיְהִ֣י גְבוּלָ֗ם מִמַּחֲנַ֨יִם כָּֽל־הַבָּשָׁ֜ן כָּֽל־מַמְלְכ֣וּת׀ ע֣וֹג מֶֽלֶךְ־הַבָּשָׁ֗ן וְכָל־חַוֹּ֥ת יָאִ֛יר אֲשֶׁ֥ר בַּבָּשָׁ֖ן שִׁשִּׁ֥ים עִֽיר׃

‎31 ‏וַחֲצִ֤י הַגִּלְעָד֙ וְעַשְׁתָּר֣וֹת וְאֶדְרֶ֔עִי עָרֵ֛י מַמְלְכ֥וּת ע֖וֹג בַּבָּשָׁ֑ן לִבְנֵ֤י מָכִיר֙ בֶּן־מְנַשֶּׁ֔ה לַחֲצִ֥י בְנֵֽי־מָכִ֖יר לְמִשְׁפְּחוֹתָֽם׃

‎32 ‏אֵ֕לֶּה אֲשֶׁר־נִחַ֥ל מֹשֶׁ֖ה בְּעַֽרְב֣וֹת מוֹאָ֑ב מֵעֵ֛בֶר לְיַרְדֵּ֥ן יְרִיח֖וֹ מִזְרָֽחָה׃ ס

‎33 ‏וּלְשֵׁ֙בֶט֙ הַלֵּוִ֔י לֹֽא־נָתַ֥ן מֹשֶׁ֖ה נַחֲלָ֑ה יְהוָ֞ה אֱלֹהֵ֤י יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ ה֣וּא נַחֲלָתָ֔ם כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר דִּבֶּ֥ר לָהֶֽם׃

1 Josue senex provectæque ætatis erat, et dixit Dominus ad eum: Senuisti, et longævus es, terraque latissima derelicta est, quæ necdum sorte divisa est:

2 omnis videlicet Galilæa, Philisthiim, et universa Gessuri.

3 A fluvio turbido, qui irrigat Ægyptum, usque ad terminos Accaron contra aquilonem: terra Chanaan, quæ in quinque regulos Philisthiim dividitur, Gazæos, et Azotios, Ascalonitas, Gethæos, et Accaronitas.

4 Ad meridiem vero sunt Hevæi, omnis terra Chanaan, et Maara Sidoniorum, usque Apheca et terminos Amorrhæi,

5 ejusque confinia. Libani quoque regio contra orientem, a Baalgad sub monte Hermon, donec ingrediaris Emath;

6 omnium qui habitant in monte a Libano usque ad aquas Maserephoth, universique Sidonii. Ego sum qui delebo eos a facie filiorum Israël. Veniat ergo in partem hæreditatis Israël, sicut præcepi tibi.

7 Et nunc divide terram in possessionem novem tribubus, et dimidiæ tribui Manasse,

8 cum qua Ruben et Gad possederunt terram, quam tradidit eis Moyses famulus Domini trans fluenta Jordanis, ad orientalem plagam.

9 Ab Aroër, quæ sita est in ripa torrentis Arnon, et in vallis medio, universaque campestria Medaba, usque Dibon,

10 et cunctas civitates Sehon regis Amorrhæi, qui regnavit in Hesebon, usque ad terminos filiorum Ammon,

11 et Galaad, ac terminum Gessuri et Machati, et omnem montem Hermon, et universam Basan, usque ad Salecha,

12 omne regnum Og in Basan, qui regnavit in Astaroth et Edrai, ipse fuit de reliquiis Raphaim: percussitque eos Moyses, atque delevit.

13 Nolueruntque disperdere filii Israël Gessuri et Machati: et habitaverunt in medio Israël usque in præsentem diem.

14 Tribui autem Levi non dedit possessionem: sed sacrificia et victimæ Domini Dei Israël, ipsa est ejus hæreditas, sicut locutus est illi.

15 Dedit ergo Moyses possessionem tribui filiorum Ruben juxta cognationes suas.

16 Fuitque terminus eorum ab Aroër, quæ sita est in ripa torrentis Arnon, et in valle ejusdem torrentis media: universam planitiem, quæ ducit Medaba,

17 et Hesebon, cunctosque viculos earum, qui sunt in campestribus: Dibon quoque et Bamothbaal, et oppidum Baalmaon,

18 et Jassa, et Cedimoth, et Mephaath,

19 et Cariathaim, et Sabama, et Sarathasar in monte convallis.

20 Bethphogor et Asedoth, Phasga et Bethiesimoth,

21 et omnes urbes campestres, universaque regna Sehon regis Amorrhæi, qui regnavit in Hesebon, quem percussit Moyses cum principibus Madian: Hevæum, et Recem, et Sur, et Hur, et Rebe duces Sehon habitatores terræ.

22 Et Balaam filium Beor ariolum occiderunt filii Israël gladio cum ceteris interfectis.

23 Factusque est terminus filiorum Ruben Jordanis fluvius. Hæc est possessio Rubenitarum per cognationes suas urbium et viculorum.

24 Deditque Moyses tribui Gad et filiis ejus per cognationes suas possessionem, cujus hæc divisio est.

25 Terminus Jaser, et omnes civitates Galaad, et dimidiam partem terræ filiorum Ammon, usque ad Aroër, quæ est contra Rabba,

26 et ab Hesebon usque Ramoth, Masphe et Betonim: et a Manaim usque ad terminos Dabir.

27 In valle quoque Betharan, et Bethnemra, et Socoth, et Saphon reliquam partem regni Sehon regis Hesebon: hujus quoque finis, Jordanis est, usque ad extremam partem maris Cenereth trans Jordanem ad orientalem plagam.

28 Hæc est possessio filiorum Gad per familias suas, civitates et villæ earum.

29 Dedit et dimidiæ tribui Manasse, filiisque ejus juxta cognationes suas, possessionem,

30 cujus hoc principium est: a Manaim universam Basan, et cuncta regna Og regis Basan, omnesque vicos Jair, qui sunt in Basan, sexaginta oppida:

31 et dimidiam partem Galaad, et Astaroth, et Edrai, urbes regni Og in Basan: filiis Machir, filii Manasse, dimidiæ parti filiorum Machir juxta cognationes suas.

32 Hanc possessionem divisit Moyses in campestribus Moab trans Jordanem contra Jericho ad orientalem plagam.

33 Tribui autem Levi non dedit possessionem: quoniam Dominus Deus Israël ipse est possessio ejus, ut locutus est illi.
