This is Robert Young's Literal Translation of the Bible.
Published in 1862, it is an exacting literal translation from the
original Hebrew and Greek texts.
Young even used the present tense extensively where most English
translations use the past, because that conforms to the original Hebrew
(see, e.g. the first few verses of Genesis).
This text is in the public domain in the US because it was published prior
to 1923.
